Record 07: The Petition- Song
Some questions can be held safely inside the Archive. This one cannot. In Record Seven, I reach the edge of what can be solved by cataloguing alone. Having traced the anomalies of a “missing century” through shelves, indexes, and inherited corrections, I find no internal mechanism capable of restoring what was removed. The Archive can preserve gaps. It cannot justify them. I draft a formal petition to the Dragon Council, carefully framed as an integrity request, not an accusation, asking for sanctioned access to verify what the records refuse to resolve. In doing so, I abandon the comfort of neutrality. The moment intent enters the record, the record changes.

Notes: A petition is not an answer. It is a point of no return.
